3. Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to run the service, each under their own agreement: Stripe (payments), Intercom (support chat), Postmark (transactional email), Plausible (anonymous statistics), Trustpilot (only if you accept a review invitation), and the code suppliers we use for radios we cannot calculate ourselves, who receive the serial number and nothing else. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: 10 years, as tax law requires. Chat and support history: 2 years. Serial lookups that did not become an order: 90 days. Reviews: until you ask us to remove them.

5. Legitimate use

The service is for the legal owner of the vehicle, or a repair professional acting for them, recovering a lost radio code. By using it you confirm that you are entitled to unlock the radio. Requests we believe relate to stolen equipment are refused and may be reported.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted (except what we must keep for tax purposes), receive it in a portable format, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your supervisory authority. Write to [email protected] or [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We set a session cookie, the visitor id described above, and a flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. Plausible sets none. Stripe and Intercom set their own cookies when their components load on the checkout pages.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the service changes; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on this page.
