Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

FreeRadioCodes (freeradiocodes.co.uk) is operated by System32 Limited, Room 409, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong (company no. 76243454, UK VAT 471 1289 94, EU VAT RO50513266), which collects payments and issues the invoices. By ordering you enter into a contract with System32 Limited under these terms.

2. What the service is

You provide a car radio's serial number; we identify the unit and return the security code it needs. For some radios the code is free and delivered by email within 24 hours. For the others, and for instant delivery, the price is shown before you pay. Most paid codes are ready within minutes; where a unit has to be prepared by a specialist, the estimated time is shown before you pay and the code is emailed when ready.

3. Legitimate use

You may only use the service for a radio you own or are authorised to service. You confirm this each time you order. We refuse requests that appear to involve stolen equipment and may report them. The codes are for unlocking the specific radio identified; reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.

4. Accuracy and refunds

The code is calculated from the serial number you enter, so it matters that you enter it exactly as printed on the radio. If the code we deliver does not work on the radio it was calculated for, tell us through the chat or by email and we will check it; if we cannot provide a working code, the payment is refunded in full to the original payment method. There is no refund for a code that works, or for a serial number that was entered incorrectly and belongs to a different radio.

5. Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency with any applicable VAT included. Payment is taken once, by card or wallet through Stripe; there is no subscription and nothing recurring. An invoice is emailed with the receipt. Business buyers in the EU can provide a VAT number for reverse charge before paying.

6. Liability

We provide the code; we do not touch your vehicle. We are not liable for damage caused by entering a code incorrectly, by the radio's own lock-out after too many wrong attempts, or by anything outside the service described here. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. The website

The site's content, design and code belong to System32 Limited. Brand and model names belong to their owners and are used only to identify supported radios; FreeRadioCodes is not affiliated with any manufacturer. You may not scrape the site, automate lookups or interfere with the service. We may change or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and EU residents may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Before anything formal, write to us: most problems are solved by a person in the chat within the day.

9. Contact

[email protected], or the chat bubble on any page. Data questions: see the privacy policy.
